For dealer groups & fleet operators

CarPlay Programs for Dealer Groups & Fleet Operators

Standardized modules across a fleet batch, written fitment for every VIN range, and program pricing — wireless CarPlay and Android Auto on the factory screen, with the dashboard untouched.

Who This Is For

Dealer groups

Dealer Accessory & Service Departments

CarPlay sells as a fitted accessory at delivery or at the first service visit — but only if the module is right for the exact head unit on the lot. A wrong box on the shelf is a dead sale.

Rental & leasing fleets

Rental, Leasing & Corporate Fleets

Drivers bring iPhones and Android phones to the same car. A module that serves CarPlay, Android Auto and HiCar on the factory screen fits every driver without touching the dashboard contract.

Upfitters & tenders

Fleet Upfitters & Tender Bidders

Procurement needs paperwork: spec sheets, warranty terms, consistent part numbers and a fitment table that survives an audit. Verbal assurances do not make it into a tender file.

What a Fleet Program Adds

01

Fleet-wide fitment audit

Send the VIN range or the model-and-year list. We return a written fitment table within 12 hours — per vehicle, with unsupported units flagged before they enter the plan.

02

Consistent hardware across the batch

Same firmware revision and same part number per platform across the whole batch, so any module swaps between vehicles and service does not inherit a mixed-parts problem.

03

Program pricing at volume

Program tiers run from 10 pcs (mixed models OK) for a pilot, 500 pcs per model for a branded rollout, and 1000 pcs per model for firmware-level customisation per model.

04

Multi-platform per driver

Wired & wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Huawei HiCar and screen mirroring on the same module — the fleet serves whatever phone the driver brings.

05

Procurement-ready paperwork

Spec sheets, warranty terms, formal invoices and export documentation for every shipment — written to sit in a tender file without translation.

06

Central after-sales

A 12-month replacement warranty handled at factory level, with engineers on WhatsApp for the service department — one contact for the entire fleet, not per-vehicle tickets.

From Pilot to Full Rollout

01

Define the fleet scope

VIN ranges, model years and regions. Mixed marques are fine — coverage spans 300+ models across 2006–2025.

02

Written fleet fitment table

Within 12 hours, per vehicle, with unsupported units flagged in writing.

03

Pilot batch

Start from 10 pcs (mixed models OK) mixed — prove the driver experience on a handful of vehicles first.

04

Program pricing

Volume quote with 30% deposit and 70% before shipment by T/T, formal invoicing throughout.

05

Batch production

15–20 days for 500+ pcs, same firmware revision across the batch, full function test before packing.

06

Rollout and service

Staged deliveries with firmware updates applied and flagged in writing; service departments keep the WhatsApp engineer line.

FAQ

Fleet Program FAQ

What runs inside the module — and does it change the dashboard?

Embedded Linux on a Sunplus automotive chipset, with dual-band 5 GHz WiFi for the wireless link. Installation is plug-and-play with no wire cutting — the factory screen, controller and steering-wheel buttons are fully retained on every vehicle.

Can we start with a pilot batch?

Yes — pilots start from 10 pcs (mixed models OK) with mixed models allowed, so the driver experience gets proven on a handful of vehicles before program pricing is discussed.

Will every unit in the batch run the same firmware?

Yes. Batch production runs one firmware revision, and any update is applied before each new shipment and flagged in writing, so a mixed-revision fleet never accumulates silently.

Our fleet mixes brands — is that a problem?

No. Coverage spans 300+ vehicle models and series across 2006–2025, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, Land Rover and more — one supplier for the whole list.

What documentation comes with an order?

Formal invoices, spec sheets, warranty terms and full export documentation — written for procurement and tender files.

How do service staff get support?

Every module ships with a printed manual and a step-by-step video guide, and the service department keeps a direct WhatsApp line to the engineers who built the firmware.

What are the lead times?

Stock models ship in 7–15 days (DHL/FedEx express); batch production runs 15–20 days for 500+ pcs from order confirmation.
