What are the payment terms?
30% deposit plus 70% balance before shipment by T/T. PayPal and Alibaba Trade Assurance are accepted for samples and small orders.
How long does production take?
Stock models ship in 7–10 days. Private label: 15–20 days for 500+ pcs. Samples: 3–5 days (DHL/FedEx express) by express courier.
Can you ship to Amazon FBA?
Yes — labelling, poly bagging, barcode application and direct delivery to Amazon warehouses are all supported.
