Do I need to replace the factory screen on a BMW?

No. The BMW CIC Wireless CarPlay Decoder connects between the factory head unit and the display, so the original screen, controller, steering-wheel buttons and OEM menu all stay in place. You switch into CarPlay and back with the factory controls — nothing is removed and nothing is coded.

Can I order one module to test before committing to a wholesale order?

Yes. Stock modules start at 10 pcs (mixed models OK), and you can mix different model numbers within a single order so one test order can cover several head unit generations. Samples ship in 3–5 days (DHL/FedEx express).

Do these modules keep the reversing camera and parking sensors?
